Massage The Spirit For The Queen’s Jubilee!

, Saturday, 2 June 2012

So what are Londoners doing on this momentous day? Partying! Regardless of religion or ethnic background, everyone comes together, showing a real sense of spirit and community for this grand occasion. Londoners have seen many changes over the years, and Her Majesty, The Queen, has been with us. Doesn’t she look amazing? Perhaps the Queen should have a regular massage to help keep her body and mind well. HM (Her Majesty) could also stand for ‘Has Massage’. We like to think she does. She radiates and still has excellent energy even after 60 years in the same job.

So, what is her best-kept secret? We at Massaggi think that the Queen treats her body like a temple. Good, nutritious food and a relaxing massage remove the knots resulting from tension, improve blood circulation, and calm the nervous system. This massage helps to maintain a sense of well-being. The Queen is happy and healthy, both of which are obvious. It shows when she smiles, and she smiles often.

We tend to focus on the body when we massage. However, in honour of the Queen’s Jubilee, we are launching a new treatment: ‘Massaggi Majesty’, a facelift, anti-age prevention, and rejuvenation face massage. Ben Pianese has designed this massage to focus on the facial muscles, which is perfect if you want a smile like the Queen!

She is our Queen and head of the Commonwealth, but you may not know that she is also the patron of many organizations. Many sports organizations include the FA (Football Association), The Marylebone Cricket Club, and the Amateur Athletic and Swimming Associations. She seems passionate about sports and its positive impact on Londoners socially and physically, particularly the London Youth. She encourages people of all ages to take part.

This Diamond Jubilee will see the streets of London celebrate; Oxford Street, Marylebone High Street, Upper Street, and Bond Street, to name a few, will have the Union Jack flying, a symbol of unity. The Queen lives a very different life from our own, but how different is it? We have more in common with her than we think: children, grandchildren, and her husband, and she walks her dogs, too. Maybe her beloved Corgis will be with her on the Buckingham Palace balcony as she gives us all a wave?

London is excited for an unforgettable weekend of jubilation for the nation. Take in the atmospheric buzz of one of the greatest cities in the world, and enjoy every moment.

Happy Diamond Jubilee, your Majesty, from us all at Massaggi!
