Reconnective Healing® is an energy techniques using hands-off, non-touch method. The simple reason being it addresses the energy field inside and outside of a human body. During a session, your Reconnective Healing therapist will move around, sometimes close to the patient, sometimes completely away from the patient. All throughout the session, the patient is guided into a deep state of relaxation whilst remaining fully conscious and aware.
In most Reconnective Healing® sessions, the patient is asked to lie down in a massage table with eyes closed. Unlike other treatments where you will be asked to breathe in a particular manner or to visualize some particular goal, in Reconnective Healing®, such things are not required. A session can last somewhere between 30 minutes to a 45 minutes. During each session, your therapist works on a deep relaxation through stretching energy fields. The process undertakes place by releasing old memories, elevating awareness, clarity and stillness of mind. Unlike other types of treatments that require regular sessions, the results of Reconnective Healing® can be gleaned between one to three sessions. As such, it is recommended to undergo three sessions to take full advantage of the benefits of Reconnective Healing®.
