Born on Ice
I didn’t get into healing therapies by just reading books or sitting in classrooms. For me, it felt more like something I was meant to do, something that grew out of the challenges I faced in my life.
Strangely enough, it all started at an ice rink. That single moment lit a spark in me to help people release their emotional struggles, ease their physical pain, and find relief from the stress of everyday life.
Turning Point
It all started with a rough knee injury that almost crippled me. I’m talking of severe pain in my heart and body. Surgery gave me some temporary relief of “okay, I’m back,” but that feeling didn’t last before I found myself in another loop of pain and frustration.
From the outside, I appeared fine, but inwardly, I was battling a series of emotions that words can’t describe. That struggle became a turning point in my life. It forced me to find a new path that has shaped who I am today.
New Outlook
The next couple of years were the toughest years of my life. The pain forced me to stop working and gave me space for self-discovery. You know what they say about an idle hand being the devil’s workshop, but in my case, it prompted me into learning Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
Initially, it started as a curiosity and later turned into a passion. The more I studied, the more I saw various ways of healing that I’d never considered before, and I began to see pain and healing in a new light. It was out of this discovery that what I now call the “Ben Pianese Re-connective Life-Changing Experience” came to life.

Inspiring Others
My mission is not just to help people feel better physically. Our minds and bodies are linked more than most of us realise. When your mind is heavy, your body feels it, and when your body hurts, your thoughts suffer too. My mission is to help people release those limiting beliefs that keep them stuck.
I want to see people live joyfully and creatively, rather than being boxed in by society’s expectations. I use ancient healing practices and modern techniques to help everyone I work with find their true spark and see what they’re capable of.
Magrin Method
A big part of my growth has been learning the Magrin Method, created by Andrea Magrin. It’s a simple and powerful approach that brings together the physical, mental, and energetic sides of who we are. Using this method, I’ve been able to help people let go of self-doubt and negative thought patterns. Once that weight is lifted off them, they become free to step into genuine transformation.

Finding Balance
Working as both a coach and a massage therapist means I have to follow the same advice I give others. If I don’t take care of myself first, there’s no way I can really support anyone else. That’s why self-care is built into my daily life. For me, that looks like joining coaching sessions that lift me just as much as they do my clients, giving myself simple massage work to keep my body loose, meditating to quiet my thoughts, and taking long walks outside to clear my head. These little things keep me strong and ready so that I can satisfy my clients.
Looking Forward
This is my story, and it’s been built by real struggles and the lessons I’ve learnt on this journey. Every challenge taught me something and pushed me to grow, and that growth is what drives me to help every one of my clients. Now, to you, what is your story?
