I’m going to Tell You a Story; Thai Yoga Massage and Its Glory

My trips to Thailand every year became a journey of self-discovery in more ways the can be imagined. Whilst visiting family and friends another relationship was born as I encompassed the study of a massage style from the north and south Thailand. A spiritual union of body and mind was also born in the shape of detoxification, mind control and deep ‘Meditation in Motion’ which brought me to reconnect with the past; maybe a past life?

Before setting off into the unknown I studied on numerous courses dedicated in the healing art of Thai yoga massage. As amazing as London is, I dreamed of setting sail to the emerald waters of Thailand where I would eventually enjoy every day with 3 hours of Thai massage treatments a day; 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour of foot reflexology too. I relished in the treatments offered in some of the best luxury massage spas of Bangkok and even going back to the grassroots of street-level foot massage.

I studied massage from a remote jungle beach in southern Thailand, to the prestigious school of Chiang Mai where I practiced north style massage as well.  At The Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, I practiced and experienced massage treatments from blind masseurs. Imagine such tranquillity of the mind, not seeing but feeling something immeasurable.

Over the last 18  years, I worked on myself as my first client and also received over 1000 massages and other healing modality consistently all around the world to develop and fine tune my healing tools, a unique holistic approach and knowledge base. By active studies, research and testing, I observed many healers, therapists, body-workers and their philosophies; ‘to practice what you preach is the only way to convey this heartfelt mission’ with any real purpose. I am now connected with the pure awareness inside me and I know this is what I am meant to be doing.
